Order Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours when placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday).
If an item is already in stock, it may be dispatched even sooner. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped.

• Backorders / Out-of-stock items:
  If your item is on backorder, it will be dispatched immediately once new stock arrives. You will be notified as soon as it ships.

• Pre-orders:
  Pre-order items will be dispatched on or as close to the official release date as possible.

UK Delivery Method

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail & EVRI, our trusted delivery partner.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, Royal Mail & EVRI aims to deliver your order within:

• 2–5 working days (Standard Delivery – UK)

While we work hard to ensure your order arrives on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. For this reason, we kindly ask that you allow:

• Up to 10 working days for UK deliveries
  before contacting us regarding a delayed parcel.

Should your order be delayed or lost, we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Premium Delivery Service (UK Only)

For customers who need their items sooner, Angels Herald offers the ‘Express’ premium delivery option.

• Orders are shipped via Royal Mail / EVRI Tracked Service

• Full tracking details will be included in your dispatch email

• Place your order before 12pm, and if the item is in stock, we guarantee delivery within:
  1–2 working days

This service ensures a faster, reliable, and fully trackable delivery experience.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Once an order is placed, we are unable to amend or change the delivery address.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately — we may be able to cancel it so you can place a new order with the correct address.

Can I Collect My Order?

We operate exclusively online and do not offer collection from our administration offices or warehouse facilities.

Where Will My Order Be Delivered?

Your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout, as confirmed in your order confirmation email.
Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your purchase.
